- We pay weekly and Pay periods are Monday - Sunday and pay is deposited every Friday for the previous weeks work
- We use Gusto for our Payroll. The Gusto Wallet app is where you can view your paystub, tax forms and update your direct deposit.

Time App
- You will use the Timeero App to Clock-in and Clock-out of your shifts.
- You will only Clock-in and Clock-out when you are at your child's residence unless you are approved to do respite elsewhere.
- You will receive an invite to the Timeero App when you are matched with an Incredible Kid.

Respite Companion Guidelines
Clocking In & Out Paid shifts are ONLY in the presence of the respite client: Clock in starts when the Respite Companion is in the presence of the respite client and clock out once the Respite Companion stops providing respite.
Any shifts worked and an error with the time tracker app occurred, including forgetting to either clock in or clock out the shift, must be reported as soon as possible or the Respite Companion risks having a delay in the shift pay reimbursement
